How many guests can you hold?
We can accommodate for up to 100 guests in the seated dining room comfortably, with an additional 50 guest capacity in the undercover BBQ area.

Hire of hall
The hall is available for weddings, parties, business meetings and seminars.
The hire cost for the hall for up to 4 hours is $700.00 inclusive of GST, bar staff, the full use of the kitchen, crockery, cutlery, and dishwasher. The cost allows for setting up prior to the event. These arrangements can be negotiated at the time of the booking.
If booking both the clubhouse and external BBQ area, a discount is available. Please speak to the Function coordinator about this.
Due to the demand for our Club facilities, the booking fee of must be paid within 14 days and prior to event to ensure your function date is secured. The deposit is 100% refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to your booking.
The last function of the day is to start no later than 5pm to ensure adequate volunteer presence.
How long can we stay at the venue?
The contract to hire provides for the premises to be left clean and tidy and be closed at 9:30pm.
Children attending functions must be supervised by adults and are not to interfere with or play on the grass greens. Any damage caused to the greens is the responsibility of the supervising adults.
Food and drink
We are a licenced venue with a good range of beverages for purchase. External beer, spirits, wine, and soft drinks are not to be brought onto the premises.
Do you have on site catering options?
No, we do not offer in-house catering services. External catering companies can be arranged by you and use the kitchen facilities as outlined in hire agreement.
Can we organise our own catering?
You are welcome to make your own catering arrangements for functions. To meet the Queensland Food Safety Act 2006, all caterers used at our club must have their own Food Business Licence and are required to have a food safety program for offsite catering. The washing of all equipment used, including crockery, and cutlery is the responsibility of the caterer. The use of the dishwasher is included in the booking fee. Please request that your caterer provides meals for Club volunteers who assist on the day of the function.
Hire of the Outdoor area “The Shed”
Our outdoor undercover BBQ area (The Shed) is available for functions at a cost of $300.00 for up to a 4 hour period. This cost includes the use of tables and seating if requested.
Function cost will be required to be paid up front to confirm your booking. This is 100% refundable if function cancelled 14 days or more prior.

A BBQ is located in the Shed area and is available for hire at a cost of $40.00, with equipment supplied for cooking. The BBQ can only be hired in combination with Shed hire. The full payment for Shed and BBQ hire is required within 14 days of making your booking to ensure your function date is secured.
As our club is run by volunteers, we require BBQ and area to be cleaned following use.
What are the 18th and 21st birthday party conditions
For 18th and 21st birthday parties, there is a limit of 40 people and a bond of $500 payable at same time as deposit.
What is the cost for Barefoot bowls
There is a cost of $10 per person for Barefoot bowls
